Well with one week till the first tournament of the season the coaching staff has recieved a couple emails about what the players can work on to benefit the team. First thing you can always work on your shot shooting 75 shots a night, 25 slap shots, 25 wrist shots and 25 snap shots. Finding a weighted puck helps too. second thing find a set of stairs and run up them then walk back down 20 times. Making sure you push with your thighs as you go up the stairs. thats all for now see everyone at practice tomorrow at 2:00
