Sitting
here, looking out the window at the fresh piles of snow, it’s hard to believe
that we are already preparing for another spring hockey season. Hopefully the weather continues to cooperate over
the next couple of months and everyone has the opportunity to get outside to
play some pond hockey, do some tobogganing, skiing/snowboarding or to build a snow fort.
If you've been following along with the latest organization news articles you may have noticed that the tryout registration forms are now available to download from the Tryout Information page. Please be sure to get those forms filled out at your earliest convenience and sent in with your enclosed tryout registration fee. As always, tryout spaces are limited, so please be sure to get them in early to reserve your spot.
I have had many conversations with parents of interested players throughout this winter hockey season about our Minor Atom tryouts and it sounds like we can expect another great turnout this year. It is always exciting to see the level of skill and talent our local players have. Each year our tryouts have been more competitive than the year before and I expect it to be no different this spring.
Good luck to everybody with their playoffs this winter. I have included the information below for the tournaments that the Minor Atom team will be entering this spring. See you all at tryouts.
