great Start to the Spring Season
This past Sunday the Quick Feet Minor Novice team had a midday exhibition against the Blue Thunder from Collingwood.
With the team finalized and one practice under their belts, the players took to the ice to see what they can do. New line combinations, positions and strategies all made for an interesting game!
There were lots of great moments from the drop of the puck. The players moved their feet and tried new ideas. End to end rushes, pressure in the opposing end, putting their heads down to get back and protect their end and brilliant saves showed the coaches there is lots to build on with this team.
This game showed we need to work hard move our feet all the time and never quit and never give up. If we do that we are going to be successful!
Great game guys and let's get ready for our first trip to Toronto this weekend!
