Is There a Hockey Addict in Your House?
As a follow-up to the literature we gave out at the first Dryland training session at the Neustadt Arena, I thought I would post a link to the OMHA's YouTube channel. It has demonstrations of the stick handling drills that were included in the handouts we sent home with your child. If your child is anything like mine, they will enjoy watching these clips and probably ask for more.
