Major Atom 2008, 2019 (Quick Feet Hockey)

What a great weekend of hockey and friendship to end off another spring hockey season!  This group of boys came so far as a group in the past 2 months, and really made there mark as a team.   There was very few games where I didn't feel we made strides, whether it be puck pursuit, fore checking, passing, or positioning.

At least someone in Toronto won a cup this year!   All joking aside, the boys did great.  Lots of growing pains early, and lots to learn still before the next tournament in a couple weekends...but a group of boys that barely know each other got it done in the first tournament we entered.   Thanks again to all the kids and parents...it was a fun weekend top to bottom!

I would like to thank all the parents and players for attending this years try-outs.    I would also like to thank my evaluators for the help, some of which don't even have kids on this team, and it was not an easy job when you have this many good hockey players.  We have 9 new players that were not on the 2008 team last year.  To the following players, welcome to the 2019 Quick Feet program!
