Quick Feet take a bite out of the Sharks 9-2!
The Minor Atom Quick Feet team returned to their old form and continued to display their talents with some smart hockey and pretty plays. The scoring was divided equally throughout the game with 3 goals in each period.

The Sharks gave Quick Feet players a little scare when they scored the first game of the game at 11:28. But a snappy reply 15 seconds later with a pretty passing play by Tyson Lina to Nathan Ahrens tied it up. Quick Feet would score the next two by goals from Mark Aljoe with assists going to Braeden Virtue and Cameron Lightfoot and then Tyson Lina from Aljoe and Ahrens. The Sharks would put another in the net with a lucky bounce to end the period 3–2.

That would be as close as it would get as Kyle Durrer would get an unassisted tally in the second. Then Cameron Lightfoot would score from Hana Solinger before Durrer would find the twine again from Brenden Hinds. Ending the period 6-2.

The third period saw the defense step up their game as Hana Solinger, Braeden Virtue, Sam Bye, Dawson Farher, Jordan Ferrier and Jayce Busby put up the steel wall limiting the Shark attack and moving the puck out of our end with great efficiency and tape to tape passes. The goaltending duel of Matthew Donnelly and Spencer Lazarevich did a spectacular job of making key saves when called upon. Mark Aljoe started the scoring in the third with Hinds getting the assist. Aljoe would score again from Will Black and then Cameron Lightfoot would finish the scoring with an unassisted effort. Getting Better!
