Novice Quick Feet battle Ice Sharks
The Novice AAA team played a great game in Wingham today (April 17th, 2010) against the Maitland Ice Sharks.
Despite a 3-1 loss, the team displayed an excellent effort. Nathan Ahrens put his team on the scoreboard with a rebound from a shot by Mark Aljoe. Matthew Donnelly and Morgan Troyer did an awesome job sharing goaltending duties stopping 35 shots. The defence worked hard to move the puck out and the forwards skated hard and made some good passes. It was a fast paced game with a lot of scoring opportunities for both teams. What a great start to the spring hockey season! Keep up the good work team!
